We keep a few bourbons in the cabinet since my wife prefers bourbon to a nice single malt. It is always a sad day when we pour out the remainder of our open bottle of Buffalo Trace. That day can easily be turned around with a short walk across the street to New England Wine & Spirits where they most always have some awaiting my visit. I enjoy it with a cube of ice or in a mix. I will often fill a flask when going out to an event where good drinks are cost prohibitive. If you have the means and the availability, add it to your regulars.
